This beautiful house is located in the village of Sedella. Sedella is very nice and quiet location settled in the slopes of La Maroma mountain, the highest point in the province of Málaga.
The house is fully finished and ready to live. On the ground floor you will find a good size living - dining room with a log burner and a nice window giving plenty of light to the room. There is a traditional brick-built kitchen with a nice size and a courtyard at the back. On the first floor we can find two double bedrooms one of them with a beautiful Juliette balconies and nice windows which let the morning light in. Both bedrooms have good quality fitted wardrobes. The house has been built to a high standard using only quality materials.
There is lovely sitting area at the front of the house which will welcome some beautiful flowers and pots. There is a parking area very close and access right to the front door when needed.
Sedella is a very tranquil spot especially enjoyed by those with a love for nature with extensive hiking routes and a municipal pool with the best views in Málaga. The village also has restaurants and bars ideal for meeting and making local friends and acquaintances.
