Houmeriakos is a traditional Cretan village in the center of the county of Mirabello, Lasithi with nice views of the Neapolis valley. It is only 3km from the small town of Neapolis and within walking distance to the village of Limnes.

The 55m2 house is in the center of the village, on a slightly elevated position, next to the village fountain.
There is ample parking in this area, just a few feet from the property.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
