This is a magic place with stunning views in the middle of lavender fields, 30 minutes from the Lake of Saint Croix and the famous Gorges de Verdon. There are two houses and an atelier / studio / barn. The main house (app. 115 sqm) consists of a grand living room, 3 bedrooms, a nice shower room and a large kitchen. It is in good state and would serve as the owner's house. It is in very good shape. The heated swimming pool (9 x 4,50m) is right next to it. Then there is a second house that needs renovation work.
