We love this friendly street and Patio Clementine certainly doesn't disappoint, from the large 'san juan' entrance you can see right back and out to the patio beyond the house is cool in summer and warm in winter due to its thick walls, It was 38 degrees outside and it felt cool when I photographed the house.
Downstairs you have the welcoming entrance, which opens out into the formal grand dining room, and staircase with marble stairs and traditional storage cupboards. Also on this level is the large bathroom and spacious kitchen, with windows and views over the patio also just off the kitchen there is the most impressive pantry - this house certainly does not lack storage space - unusual in a Spanish house.

Patio Clementine really is a wonderful house, the current owner will be very sad to leave as its been in their family for decades, but its just too big now for her on her own.
