Santa Rosalia is a private gated resort, with a main access entrance and 24 hours security. The resort is designed around an impressive 126.000m2 green area.

It comprises walking and cycling paths, sport facilities, paddle and tennis courts, a mini-golf course, gardens, dog parks, leisure areas, clubhouse…. Also in the central area is the jewel of the resort, a crystal-clear artificial lake of almost 17.000m2 of water surface, surrounded by white sandy beaches and palm trees, bringing a piece of the Caribbean to the Murcia Region.

There are 2 islands in the lake, one of them has its own bar/restaurant, there are also “beach Chiringuitos” spread around the lake. Soon we will be uploading more information about the resort

ZEN SAKURA VILLAS

Zen Sakura is a luxury modern design villa, built to a high standard of quality and comfort, using the latest technologies and high-quality materials, which provides these properties with a  Class A Energy Efficiency Rating.

The development consists of 15 Zen Sakura villas on various plot sizes ranging from 210m2 to 356m2. All the villas have the same built area and layout which consists of an open plan kitchen-living room area, 2 beds and 2 baths on the ground floor and a master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room and 2 terraces. On the plot, there is a parking space and garden at the rear, a storage room at the side, and a porch and front garden. Swimming pool is optional.

As properties are sold off-plan, there are various customization options available to select the combination of materials of your choice. There are 3 different flooring options, 2 kitchen colors (White or Oak) to combine with different countertop colors. All the materials, flooring, tiles, bathrooms, and kitchen are from Porcelanosa.
