Three spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite, one shared) Separate toilet on the ground floor. The dining room seats 6 people. The living room has two comfortable couches and flat-screen TV.

Doors open on to terrace overlooking communal gardens with trees.

First floor:

Master bedroom. King size bed, A/C & ceiling fan, safe, en suite bathroom with shower, safe, balcony overlooking grassy area.

Ground floor:

Open kitchen/dining room/living room with corridor from the front door, downstairs bathroom, under-stairs lockable cupboard for storage and large low-level lockable cabinet (2m x 1m x 1m) in front hallway.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer (2+ years old), halogen hob, washing machine (2+ years old), coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils etc.

The villa was redecorated externally in 2015 including walls, window frames, doors, soffits etc, and redecorated internally on the ground floor in 2016. All dining chairs and beds (headboards and footboard) had a major facelift in 2017 with the replacement of the rattan covering, so are now like new.
