Located high on a hilltop overlooking Willoughby Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Seabreeze is aptly named for the cooling breezes which filter through the property specifically designed to take advantage of the prevailing winds together with the fabulous sea views.
The house consists of three pavilions, one being a self-contained cottage having a living room/kitchen/bedroom with a bathroom and veranda.
The second pavilion comprises the master bedroom with an en suite dressing room and bathroom and a second bedroom with en suite bathroom. Below this pavilion and approached by an outside staircase is a further room suitable as a living room/kitchen/bedroom with a bathroom. The basics for a kitchen are fitted.
The third pavilion is an open plan living/dining/kitchen which is separated from the other pavilions by a swimming pool surrounded by a high gloss finished wooden deck. An outside shower serves the pool.
The land extends to about quarter of an acre and includes a well cultivated garden.
English Harbour with its World Heritage site of Nelson's Dockyard and shops, bars and restaurants is about ten minutes drive and the international airport and St. John's about half an hour away. Some of Antigua's best beaches are within easy reach.
