This old ruin was renovated 12 years ago conserving the large stone arches, offering you a unique home to live the Cretan way of life.

Walking up the wooden stairs to the mezzanine over the dining area and kitchen you enter into the office area that could easily be transformed into an additional bedroom.
On the other side of the living room is a guest toilet. The natural stone was conserved, giving you the impression to enter into a beautiful stone cave.
A few steps up from the living room lead you into the master en-suite bedroom with a beautiful arch window behind the bed and a perfectly fit wardrobe offering a lot of space. The upper parts of the wardrobe are equipped with practical pull-down clothes rails for easy access. The bedroom has access to a private bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, sink and heated towel racks.
Leaving the main living area through the back door you enter into a court yard with shaded sitting area, a whirlpool and views onto the White Mountains. From the yard you can enter into an additional kitchen with sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. The old bread oven was conserved.
From the yard you can go down a few steps onto a separate terrace for guests and a separate spacious studio with kitchen, build-in wardrobe and bathroom.
In front of the house is a hexagonal pergola with sitting are for romantic dinners. The garden offers a fish pond with cascades (with remote control), stone BBQ area and nice pathways beautifully lighted at night. The owners planted lots of fruit trees: pomegranate, lemon, banana, olive, apricot, orange, persimmon, bergamont etc.
There is a big storage room with wooden maisonette for tools, that is transferred into an additional bedroom by the owners at the moment.
An old oak tree grows on the property. This is why a stone emblem of an oak fruit and leaf is found on top of the aluminium windows that are all equipped with mosquito screens.
