Nice big apartment with really nice views. It consists of a large living room, 2 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 27 m2 terrace.

The good size living room (one of the largest on the resort) have double glass doors to the 27 m2 terrace.

The kitchen has a really good size with cabinets on both sides and access to the utility area with the boiler and space for a washing machine. The kitchen has all in white goods and they have never been used (oven, hub, extractor, dish washer and fridge/freezer.

From the small hallway leading to the bedrooms there is access to the nice guest bathroom with a shower.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with space for double beds and both with build in wardrobes. They also both have doors to small balconies. One of them have "en suite" bathroom with bathtub and a bidet.

Both bathrooms have windows, as the apartment is at the end of the property.

The apartment has ducted air conditioning and central heating.

The apartment is only 2-3 min walk from two of the large communal swimming pools and conveniently only 5-7 mins walk away from the clubhouse, with restaurant, supermarket, bar, golf pro-shop, condominium and massage.

As never lived in it just needs a good clean and then it will be ready to live in.
