There's a fresh produce market to visit in the surrounding towns and villages every day of the week but on a Friday, you need go no further than the village market square. The lovely Beynac Valley is perfect for walking and there are some lovely swimming spots on the Dordogne river. Bergerac airport is a one hour drive.
