The chimney is integrated in a thick stone wall. From the kitchen-living room you have direct access to the terrace and pool.

An antique oak door leads into the living room. The floor here consists of historical matrix stones with which tuna cans were printed in ancient times. The large tiled stove with an open fireplace also heats the adjacent bedroom and the spacious bathroom.

Two bedrooms are covered with wooden floors, the third with a natural stone floor. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden through the large wooden doors.
Next to the second bedroom there is an oriental steam bath with plunge pool and vaulted ceiling as well as a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

The wooden windows are framed throughout the house by traditional Portuguese Cantaria. They were elaborately handcrafted by stonemasons based on historical models. All doors come from a German carpenter. The roof is a Tavira roof with original old roof tiles. The orientation of the house is based on the principles of the cardinal directions of Feng Shui.

The pool is located on the South-East corner of the property and can be reached from the kitchen, lounge and the first 2 bedrooms.

At the front of the property is a large courtyard with plenty of parking space, the drive up to the property is over an unpaved track with after 120 meters the gate onto the private plot and a further 400 meters bring you the the front courtyard of the property.
