The spacious terrace is the ideal place for sunbathing, but also for enjoying the long summer evenings. Also on the outside porch of the house it is great to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a private sports field right next to the house, surrounded by a fence, where you can play volleyball, badminton, football, basketball, etc. to your heart's content. There is also a private parking lot within the grounds.



The nearest beach is only a 8 minute drive. About 12 km away is the lively town of Rethymnon with a vast boulevard, a car-free old town with cafes, bars and restaurants and a beautiful old harbour. This villa is therefore an excellent starting point to discover the beautiful island of Crete. The airports are also easily accessible: both Heraklion airport and Chania airport can be reached in about 1 hour by car.
