On the north-eastern tip of the island of Samos, near the harbour town of Agia Paraskevi, lies this beautiful, traditionally built house from 2001. The house is situated near the sea and has a wide view over the straits between Samos and the Turkish coast.



Interior

This house is suitable for four people. It has a large living room, a spacious open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with tiles. The total living area of the house is 93 sq.m and it stands on 1,000 sq.m of private land. Both from the living room and the bedrooms you have access to the covered veranda with a view.



Exterior and surrounding area

The house has a covered veranda of three meters wide over the entire length (18.5 meters!), accessible from the living room and the bedrooms. At the rear there is a spacious sun terrace. The house is conveniently situated in relation to the sun and the wind - the front is facing east - so that you can spend the whole day in the sun or in the shade. The beach of Agia Paraskevi, only 400 meters away from the house, can be reached via a good road.



The island of Samos

The island of Samos is known for its tranquility and beautiful nature. The capital of the island - Samos city - can be reached in over ten minutes via a new road. From Samos town there are numerous ways to explore further the island. The airport at Pythagorion is a half hour drive from the house. Samos can be reached daily from many international airports and mostly, directly.
