External walls with double partitions, using ceramic brick air chamber.

In the air chamber thermal and acoustic insulation will be installed, complying with the

latest CTE.

Façade designs according to perspective design attached to the contract of sale.

TILES:

Interior tiles of the villas will be from the latest modern, premium line.

Outdoor tiled areas with stoneware of premium quality.

PAINTING:
