This village house is located in the centre of San Romano, walking distance to the local restaurant/bar and to the grocery shop.
It is located in a small piazza with a private "aia" in front of the house where one can park the car.
The house is access from an external staircase that leads you to a terrace where you can put a table and two chairs and from here you enter to the house.
On first floor you will find the entrance with marble stairs for going up, a kitchenette, a lounge with fireplace and a bathroom.
In the lounge you have the marble stairs going down to the basement floor where you will find a summer kitchen with pizza oven, the second bathroom and a room that was used as a bedroom but will be a perfect taverna for dining with friends and family. Both rooms on basement floor have doors to access to the outside aia where you also have the boiler room and the laudry area (under the stairs).
On top floor of the house you have two double bedrooms, the third bathroom and a small lounge area with a sofa and the balcony.
The house has been restored around the year 2000, the system were completely redone, same for the roof and the internal floors.
In the village you will find a pizzeria/bar at 200 meters from the house, the grocery shop in front of it, an "ostello" with restaurant and pool 10 minutes walk from the house.
On main street you will also find the chemist and another bar.
