At the front of the villa, we enter through the front door into a bright porch, which gives us direct access to the living/dining area of the house where we find a pellet stove and a ceiling fan, on our left an open arch brings us into the fully equipped kitchen where we find room for a breakfast table with again a ceiling fan. From the kitchen, we have access to the garden which is fully tiled with an 8x4m swimming pool.
Back from the living space, we have access on our right side to the sleeping area of the house through an entrance hall. From the hallway, we have access to 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, and a family bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with flyscreen all around and is fully walled in. The hot water in the bathroom comes from a solar boiler.
Apart from the house, we have a spacious garage that protects your car from the Spanish sun, and at the back of the garage a smaller space that can offer you extra storage space.
