Wow will be the first words you speak as you enter Villa Gallini through the electric front gates and the double front doors. The design brief was a modern spin on a traditional Cypriot Villa which was open and warm. Boy was the brief achieved.
The ultra-modern open plan living areas are designer decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard. It really looks like a movie star villa. Decoration throughout is simple but chic.
The living area is open but also a cosy area to talk or watch TV. There is a log burner under the TV which is wonderful in the cold winter nights. There currently is a 60" flat screen LED TV and this has an inbuilt Bose surround sound system with wall mounted speakers. A designer radiator is a real feature on the wall and lights up to give a comfortable feel to the area.
The large Dining table is perfect for formal dining with the family or entertaining business colleges. This area also has its own log burner to keep the guests warm and another feature radiator that looks like a vase, with flowers in it! The dinning room has three bifold doors to allow the whole area to be opened up in the summer.
Leading from the dining area is a truly stunning zebra-print kitchen. It was especially flown in from London and adds a real stunning feature. There are fully integrated appliances and is equipped with all the cooking and serving utensils you require. It also has a built-in wine fridge which is a necessity in a house like this!!
There is a further back kitchen which houses all the utilities washing machine drier, lots of cupboard space to store all you precious items and a further drinks fridge, a must for all the fun barbeques. This room also has a bifold door which goes straight out onto the barbeque area. This fits in with the opening up the house to merge seamlessly with the fabulous outside weather in the summer.
Just outside is an ultra-modern barbeque area for the preparation and cooking of great food to satisfy the family and friends. Next to this is a table that will seat 8 guests comfortably to enjoy the fruits of the barbeque and of course the drinks fridges.
The gardens were designed by a local award-winning garden designer. The results are breath taking and compliment the truly iconic views over Agia Napa. He promised not a garden, but a series of rooms for ever-one to enjoy outside. He stunningly has achieved this to develop truly beautiful gardens all year round.
There are three steps down a kidney shaped 12m by 6m heated over flow swimming pool. The pool nestles between local rocks with teak decking lovingly cut and placed around the pool. There is a large area to enjoy the pool and sun-bathe. At night colour LED lights within the pool change colour brining a true ethereal feel to the area. There is also a semi-concealed area for a day bed to chill out when the weather really heats up. There is also a 6 speaker outside surround sound music system which is great to play music either whilst swimming or during a party!
There are two stamped paths down into a lovely grassed area with a cactus garden tucked in the corner. There is a stone bench built into the wall to sit quietly and take in all of the sights.
A further stamped pathway between stunning flowers brings you to the front of the of the house where you pass the Villa Guard a full-size Terracotta Army General which was made in Xiang and shipped to be the villa guard! The car park has room to park up to 3 cars.
The front and side have traditional Cypriot arches but painted white like the rest of the house which gives a very chic understated look to the whole house.
Then through a gate to another stunning area where the cats live!! There is also a car port for two cars to keep them out sun in the summer. There are also plugs which allow performance cars to be trickle charged till they are needed.
