From the wonderful medieval hamlet, there's an enchanting landscape on the valley, Tirino, the cleanest river in Europe, and the Rocca Calascio and Castel del monte castles.
At a few meters from the historic center we sell a detached house on three levels, inhabitable from the start but in need of some maintenance works.
On the ground floor there's a kitchen with a fireplace and a living room, on the first floor, reachable through an internal staircase, we find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the basement we have a cellar with a natural cave carved in the rock.

The position of Capestrano is great because it allows to reach both L'Aquila as well as Pescara (and it's airport) in about 50 minutes, in less than 2 house you reach Rome. In the surrounding hamlets equally as great like Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Castel del Monte and Rocca Calascio
