Upon entering the property, to your right you have the fully fitted kitchen, with a breakfast bar, open to the living room.

The living room has access to the spacious terrace where you have beautiful views of the resort and across the golf course and over to the mountains. This is a fantastic space where you can really enjoy the outdoors, entertain, dine alfresco, and soak up the sun.

You'll also find a built-in barbeque and a storage unit.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning and the master bedroom also has access to the terrace.

The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower unit.

Las Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort is located on the Costa Calida in the Murcia region of Spain. This relatively undiscovered region with its microclimate of more than 300 days of sunshine a year makes the Costa Calida one of the warmest and most attractive regions in Spain. This slice of the Mediterranean coast gives visitors the chance to relax and enjoy dramatic mountain ranges, national parks, blue flag beaches, and the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor sea. With four cultural cities close by the area is perfect for exploring. Murcia, the capital city is perfect to wander through the streets, enjoy some tapas and
visit the museums and stunning gothic cathedral. By the shores of the Mediterranean, you will find the historic port of Cartagena, a striking contemporary city not to mention great shopping. Lorca is a monumental place par excellence a tour through the old city is a real delight and the holy city of Caravaca is one of only five holy cities in the world.

The area directly surrounding the apartment is mainly agricultural. The land is farmed to produce fruits and vegetables, melon being one of the principal crops along with Lettuces, broccoli, artichokes, peppers, and courgettes. The fruit and vegetables labeled 'Produce of Spain' in the UK supermarkets are most likely from the Murcia Region.

The local towns of Roldan and Balsicas are less than 5 minutes by car. Roldan has many restaurants and bars, sports facilities, banks, supermarkets, and shops, also local farmer's markets twice a week. Local fiestas are held here throughout the year. Balsicas village contains a mixture of old and new. A lovely park, the asymmetric church. The old castle is a real treasure trove.

The weekly street market is held every Thursday afternoon and the Train Station has a daily service to Cartagena and Murcia and beyond.

If you want a change from relaxing by the pool the beaches of the Mar Menor, Mediterranean and Marinas are 10-15 minutes away. There are also great motorway links with Murcia and Cartagena just 25 mins away by car or train (5-minute drive to Balsicas Station). Murcia International airport is just 20 mins and Alicante airport is just an hour away.
