Located in the field of Ceglie Messapica, well-known wine and food village between Salento and the Valle d'Itria, is a wonderful country house structured into lamias and trulli, for a total covered area of about 200 sq.m. It includes three independent houses plus another one which has to be restored and a little outbuilding outside the main body. The 'Lamia' is the main core, the heart of the home. It consists into a living zone, which is divided into a dining area and a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom and a portico. All this represents the ideal place for having al fresco dining. Moreover, entering from outside, there is a room that can be used as a utility room/laundry, which is common to the other homes. With an independent entrance, is the so-called Trullo Sovrano, connected to the Lamia. The third unit is represented by the Trulletto, which has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an alcove. There is another little trullo, with an independent entrance and to be restored. It has a room and an alcove, while on the main courtyard of the structure, there is an independent little lamia (Lamietta). It has an antechamber, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. From a distance of few metres, there is a swimming pool (5x10 m) having a constant depth of 1,20 meters and surrounded by a relaxing indoor tanning. All is immersed in the local bucolic atmosphere. The property is also surrounded by about 18.000 sq.m of land, characterized by olive groves and other local vegetation. All this contributes to create an oasis of peace set in an enchanting area, which is at the same time strategic, as it is near the most famous and interesting places of Apulia. Another charming building characterizes the property. It consists into three trulli and an oven that needs to be totally restored, a spacious entrance square, and a private parking. This fascinating property has been used mainly as a tourist accommodation during the last ten years, but it can be easily turned into a private dwelling of great charm. Ostuni, the White City is only 12 km, the sea of the Adriatic coast 30 km, Brindisi airport 40 km and Lecce 77 km.
