This house is found in the area called Brancoleria in the Lucca hills. This is the land of the best Lucchese olive oil. Infact the drive to the house shows numerous olive groves.

Access is by communal, tarmac road, the very last part of which becomes grassy and the current owner uses a quad bike to get to his home.
