Description complète

Spacious 3 bedroom detached villa with private garden and sea views.
The ground floor is very spacious, having an open plan living and dining area with a fabulous double height atrium window feature above the French doors, allowing the space to be flooded with natural light. The living area has a working fire place. There is an off set kitchen, a double bedroom & family bathroom complete this level.
The open tread staircase leads to a gallery landing overlooking the dining area and lounge. Here you will find two very large double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and both with French doors leading to their own balconies. A third bathroom completes this level.
Externally there is a covered terrace, ideal for alfresco dining and a garden area in front. The garden has mature planting and trees. There are sea views from both levels, especially from the upstairs balcony.

The villa is located in the pretty coastal resort of Gumusluk. This secure gated complex has a lovely communal swimming pool with open sea views and a small car park. It is a quaint complex of just 22 villas which offers peace and tranquillity yet being only a few minutes to the beach and harbour.

GUMUSLUK, meaning 'of silver' is the harbour of ancient Myndos and is one of the oldest settlements on the peninsula. This area is steeped in history and rich in archaeology both on land and underwater. Bring your snorkel because there is so much to see just below the water where parts of the historic city subsided. The centre - a small fishing village - has kept its charm thanks to strictly enforced building prohibitions. This photogenic small waterfront is home to about a dozen fish restaurants and just a few craft shops and is an ideal spot for a bit of peace and quiet. The only noise is the gentle lapping of the sea on the shoreline. From here you can walk across the sunken causeway to Rabbit Island.

There are old and new developments outside the village, spreading several kilometres along the coastline. It is becoming popular with Europeans, buying their own little piece of Turkey. The area is not over-developed and provides some of the most scenic views on the peninsula.
