The property is ideal for anyone not wishing to be in a steeply sloping village, but on flat ground, in the lush tropical valley of Velez-Malaga, arguably one of the best climates in the world. Trapiche hamlet has several bar/restaurants, being close to the main road, and is within 3 Kms of the large country town of Velez-Malaga and only 10 minutes from the coast. This property is located right on the edge of the hamlet.

The house

The living accommodation is on two floors. The front door leads off the street (where there is plenty of easy parking right by the house) straight into a dining room (3 x 3m) with a wide arch to the right leading into the kitchen (2.5 x 2.5m plus under-stairs alcove). There is a window over the street from the kitchen.

At the far end of the dining room stairs lead to the upper level. Ahead is bedroom 2 (3 x 2m) and the bathroom (3 x 2m), and beyond, a door leading to the patio. To the right, is the living room (2.5 x 2.5m) with double glass doors out to a balcony. Beyond the living room, to the right, is bedroom 1 (4 x 3m) with wardrobes.

The small patio is just big enough to store your broom and mop! And from here there are metal stairs leading up to the huge room terrace (10 x 4m). There is a second bathroom on the terrace level , and views across the surrounding area, including the distance mountain ranges.

This home would be ideal for anyone wishing to be near everything, in a totally authentic Spanish community.
