When arriving at the property you enter into the dining/relaxation room which is open for guests to use at their leisure. A flat screen TV is located here for guest´use as is one of the two honesty bars. From here you walk into the hallways currently an area where local information is kept and a library. To the left of here is the office and to the right a spare bedroom that the current owners sometimes use for over-spill or for their friends and family.
To the rear of this property is the breakfast room and open plan kitchen, from here is access to the garden, pool area and apartments. A guest bathroom is also located in the area for guest use. Campervan guests also have access to these facilities at extra cost. There are also several storage rooms in the main house for linen, food items, cleaning materials etc.
Access to the owners accommodation is via a spiral staircase from the ground floor in the house or a separate staircase from the garden. The owners accommodation currently consists of a lounge with wood burning stove and private shaded terrace - a lovely spot to relax and unwind. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom are also located on this floor.
Guest accommodation - The property has four separate apartments for rental, varying in size. There are two studios, a one bedroom apartment that can be offered for 4 guests as there is a lounge that could be furnished with a sofa bed and a two bedroom apartment. All the apartments are well equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. There is also the added benefit of each apartment having their own private terrace area. The current owners offer a minimum of 2 night stay which works very well for them.
Campervan Parking. There is parking for 8 vehicles. The owners offer the facilities of the Bed and Breakfast to the campervan owners including meals, honesty bars, paella evening etc. - at an extra cost of course. Electricity is provided for the campervans as is drainage facillities for the to dispose of 'dirty water'.
The pool area sits in the centre of the plot and is furnished with an outdoor kitchen for guests to use and an honesty bars. The pool area also provides day beds for the clients and lots of shady areas to relax.
The property also have several storage rooms and a workshop. The current owners have thought of everything so that the new owners could simple move in and begin running the business immediately.
