Ground floor
The front door leads to an entrance hall which leads to an open plan living, dining and kitchen. The lounge area has satellite TV, DVD player and an i-pod docking station. Three sets of double doors lead to the large pool terrace. The kitchen has everything you would expect in a well fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooler etc. There is also a shower room which houses the washing machine. A twin bedroom is also on the ground floor with access to the pool terrace.
First floor
A double en-suite shower room with air-conditioning and doors that lead to a shared balcony. Another double bedroom with en-suite shower room that shares the balcony with bedroom one.
There is also a third bedroom set up as a twin room with en-suite shower room.
Exterior
The outside area and private pool is remarkably spacious for a four bedroom villa. The view of Kalkan bay below is quite beautiful. A Turkish seating area gives shade during the heat of full summer. The well manicured gardens allow for a feeling peace and wellbeing.
