At the entrance of the site is the house with private garden and former barn that has been turned into a communal area with bar and the bathroom area. The old stone floors, the wooden beams and the fire place gives this space a lot of character and atmosphere. Great space for entertaining but also to find shelter during bad weather.
The owners have a licence IV (licence to run a bar and serve alcohol) that could be sold separately.
The camp site is used as a nudist camp site now that is why there is one communal sanitary block with separate shower and WC's. There is one big septic tank suitable for 40 separate camp sites. There is a licence for 27 camp plots with 3 extra plots. The lay out with little lanes and lots of shrubs ensures privacy for the guests.
There is a play ground and a solar heated pool of 5m by 10m.
Next to the pool is a sauna.
The charming owner's house is located at the entrance of the site, opposite the communal areas.

- On the first floor are two large bedrooms, a bathroom and two big storage areas.
The house with garden offers enough privacy for the camp site owners.
The site covers about 8 hectares of which 1,5 hectares is used as camp site. The rest is free natures with wild flowers, meadows and little streams.
