is en suite with a shower, bath, sink, bidet and wc. There is a
second shower room off the main reception area with a shower,
sink and wc. There are tiled floors throughout the apartment,
central heating radiators and an efficient log burner in the lounge
for cosy winter evenings.

Here we have a large part shaded terrace for al fresco dining.
Double doors lead into a spacious kitchen/diner and lounge area.
The kitchen has wood effect wall and base units, a gas hob, cooker
hood, electric fan oven and stainless steel sink. The lounge has
terracotta floor tiles, a small fitted storage cupboard and log effect
electric stove. Off the lounge is a large double bedroom with fitted
furniture, a tiled floor and a patio door to the outside terrace. A
separate fully tiled shower room has a large shower, wc, sink and
mirrored wall cabinet. A patio door from the lounge leads to an
interesting outdoor room which has been partially carved out of the
rockface, is roofed over and has electricity. This is currently used
for storage of bikes etc.
There is a second large, bright double bedroom off the dining area,
with fitted furniture and a tiled floor.
From the gravel driveway. a path leads through a canopy of trees
and wooded areas to a large flat plot of land with an olive grove.
Stone steps at the side of the house meander up through several
mature beds of colourful shrubs to another wooded area beside the
pool terrace where the current owners have hammocks hanging in
the trees and a large trampoline for the enjoyment of their younger
holiday guests.
This is a beautiful area with stunning scenery,popular for cycling
and hiking. There are many places of interest in the area such as
waterfalls, roman ruins, schist villages, lakes & rivers with
watersports and much more. The pretty town of Ansiao is a few
minutes drive and has every essential amenity including
supermarkets, banks, schools, vet, a health centre and many nice
cafes and restaurants
