Located on a hilltop overlooking Willoughby Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Seabreeze is aptly named for the cooling tradewind breezes which filter through the property specifically designed to take advantage of the prevailing winds together with the fabulous sea views.
The house has only recently been completed and has been designed to make the best of modern indoor outdoor Caribbean living.
Consisting of three pavillions, one being a self-contained cottage having a living room/kitchen/bedroom with a bathroom and veranda.
The second pavillion comprises the master bedroom suite with an en suite dressing room and bathroom together with a second bedroom also with en suite bathroom.
Below is a further bedroom suite with a bathroom. The basics for a kitchen are fitted and it could become a further self contained studio.
The third pavillion forms a exquisite open plan living/dining area with a beautiful designer kitchen which is separated from the other two pavillions by a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck. The sliding folding doors can be opened out on three sides to admire the views and allow the cooling breezes
The well cultivated and landscaped gardens extend to about quarter of an acre with an outside shower serving the pool.
English Harbour with its UNESCO World Heritage site of Nelson's Dockyard and shops, bars and restaurants is less than ten minutes drive and the international airport and St. John's about half an hour away. Some of Antigua's best sandy beaches are within easy reach.
