Description complète

A unique property in the hamlet of Los Ventorros, ideal for conversion into an activity centre here in this beautiful mountain location.

This property is in the heart of the hamlet, and a true part of the community. The property has been a shop for a long time and a centre for yoga and meditation, and a separate rental apartment, but if fully renovated this could be a unique and very special place, with endless possibilities.

From the street, huge doors lead into a huge, open plan area, which would make a house in itself, and originally the shop (8 x 8m plus 2.5 x 3.5m). Double doors to the rear lead to an inner living room, which in itself leads out to a delightful terrace with lovely views and grapevine covering, and steps down to the lower patio, and up to the pool terrace.

In the main area (shop) to the left are large double doors leading into a huge warehouse, which could be a workshop or an activity room, or garage, with doors to the street (12 x 6.5m). It has a high, wooden ceiling that does not leak when it rains, but is not insulated. To the far end an opening and 4 steps leads down to a 6 x 6m back room, used for yoga sessions at the moment.

To the right of the shop area is a door to a kitchen with a window to the front and original floor tiling (4 x 4m). There are also double doors to a hall with stairs, and under stair store area. From here is access to the downstairs self-contained apartment, consisting of living room (5.5 x 3m), kitchen (2.5 x 2.5m), bathroom (2.5 x 2.25m) and bedroom (3.5 x 3m). This is a beautiful, peaceful space, and it has a door out to a pretty patio, with its own door out to the street, and the pool.

The pool is 5 x 3m (narrowing at one end to 1.5m) and from here are beautiful views over the countryside, and some wonderful sunsets are to be seen from here.

Upstairs, passing by to upper store areas each side of the stairs, a corridor leads to the second little apartment, consisting of a bed/sitting room (4 x 4) with balcony and sea views, plus a woodburner, kitchen (2.5 x 3m), bathroom (2 x 1.25 plus 1.5 x 1m), and bedroom (3.25 x 3m).

Another corridor leads to two further bedrooms, both with balconies over the street (4 x 2.75 and 4 x 3m).

From the pool terrace, steps lead down to the lower patio (4.5 x 4.5m), which is part covered. From the patio, an opening leads to the right into a bathroom (in blue in the photos) (2.75 x 1.5m), and left into three very large rooms under the house and warehouse. These rooms have fairly low ceilings (3 x 6.5m, 5 x 3m and 6.5 x 3m). There is also access from the lower patio to yet another large warehouse, (5 x 4.5m plus 7 x 4.5m) and from here is access out to the garden, which one can only describe as a Secret Garden!

The garden, which is to the rear of the property, overlooking the views, has a gated entrance at the far end, from the street. It is overgrown and wild at the moment, with many cultivated flowering shrubs and plants, which in the Spring burst into a myriad of colours! Once tamed, this garden could be a secret paradise!

A fascinating old house with huge potential for anyone with imagination, spirit and plenty of enthusiasm.
