The cottage has two floors and a small garden. Walking distance to the centre of the village. The cottage still in good conditions however needs restoration works.
The ground level comprises of hall, leading one side to sitting area and one bedroom, opposite side kitchen with door to outside bathroom and garden area, there is also a shed.
On the other side of the house and around the corner of the road, there are two cellars also at ground level.
The water reservoir of Cabril, are just a short driving distance where you can use water sports, rent a boat, swim or fish.

Main Village, Pedrogão Grande, Figueiró dos Vinhos 10 minutes’ drive, Coimbra 30 minutes’ drive, Lisbon and Oporto airports 2 hours’ drive.
