The property is used only as a full time residence for the current owners however the two apartments have been rented in past years.



Although not 100% naturist friendly at this time, with a few small screening modifications (not including building work) the semi rural location could be an ideal option for naturists looking to relax away from the busier Vera Playa area.

There is also a one bedroom apartment comprising open plan lounge diner and kitchen; bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.



Both apartments have terraces to the front of them and have been rented in past years with good success.



The final building to complete this comprehensive listing is a large garage, currently utilised as a storage room that could also be developed into a third self-contained unit.



The gardens to the rear of the property are mature and provide shade from the sun and a lot of privacy. With gated access to the gardens there is sufficient room to park multiple vehicles without impeding on the gardens and terraced areas. Further parking can be found to the front of the property where there is a carport and parking for a second vehicle.



The property benefits built in wardrobes in all bedrooms; mains water, electric and sewerage; hot water via electric or bottled gas and the apartments are fully furnished.

The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.



Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.



Skiing in the morning and being down on the beach in the afternoon is possible with Sierra Nevada ski resort being only approximately 2½ hours away and in recent years has grown in popularity with some of the best snowfalls in Europe.



Walking, bowls and craft clubs are also plentiful so there is always something that you can get involved with should you wish to.



Los Gallardos is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The village has received considerable funding to build a new health centre, school and sports facilities with a new cultural centre recently being completed too.
