Apartments

Apartments are located in West Indian Georgian Colonial buildings within a few minutes’ walk of the palm-fringed sandy beach. The interiors are spacious and light with high ceilings and large living areas opening onto oversized verandas with outdoor furniture and all enjoy fabulous views of Nonsuch Bay.

Interiors are decorated in a clean, luxurious style with hardwood floors, white walls and contemporary furniture. Apartments include modern, well-equipped Studio Becker kitchens featuring Viking appliances and Kohler hardware. They are fully air-conditioned and include widescreen LCD TVs, cable television, i-pod docks and free Wifi Internet.

Beach Cottages

The two bedroom Beach Cottages are located directly behind the palm fringed sandy beach and benefit from views across the bay. With 1400 sq. ft. of interior space, they have high ceilings, a large living area opening onto a wide covered veranda with outdoor furniture and full kitchens.

Each apartment has two similar sized bedrooms with premium bedding and french windows on to the veranda. The bedroom with a king-size bed has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom.

Interiors are decorated in a clean, luxurious style with hardwood floors, white walls and contemporary furniture. The cottages are air-conditioned throughout and have entertainment systems including widescreen LCD TVs, cable television, i-pod docks and Free Wifi Internet.

Ayers Creek Residences

The Ayers Creek waterfront residences are designed in the same Georgian Colonial style with three bedroomed living positioned on two levels. They have high ceilings, light interiors, clean and contemporary furnishings with tiled floors.

Located on Ayers Creek these residences are in the heart of the marina expansion project of Phase Two of the development and will eventually overlook the marina. These spacious homes boast 2002 ft2 (186m2) of interior space and also have an open-plan living room with lounge, dining and a fully equipped kitchen. The large terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and the outdoor area can either be a private garden or a deck and plunge pool.
