The Marina Village is situated in the world renowned Marigot Bay and adjacent to The Marigot Bay Resort and Marina .The Village was completed in early 2007 and comprises twelve one and two bed apartments. High end retail and commercial units can also be found within the village.

Most note worthy is the fact that the Marina Village has access to the fantastic facilities in The Marina Bay Resort. This includes the lighting and cleaning of common areas, Building Insurance (All Perils) and Security. Pest Control and Rubbish Removal.

Marina Village Apartment Owners & their guests are able to use the two swimming pools within the hotel and the gym, without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
