This unique property is accessed via the Ruta Trans Cabrera between the villages of Sierra Cabrera, Turre and Sopalmo. The route is not for the faint hearted however is more than worth it when you arrive. The fabulous coastal resort of Mojacar is just a 20 minute drive away and the coastal town of Carboneras is under 30 minutes away. This area is a part of the National Park and popular with walkers, nature lovers and geologists.
Steps lead down from parking above via gardens to the stunning front patio, the views from here are truly fantastic, this is a perfect area to chill out and relax.
The traditional wooden front door opens into a spacious entrance hall, a fine looking feature arch leads into the wonderful kitchen /dining room, this beautiful space includes a wealth of character including exposed wooden beams, open fireplace and Andalucian, style kitchen and fabulous handmade terracotta floor tiles.
A door off the entrance hall provides access to the spacious split-level living area, this lovely, light space again features exposed beams and a large corner, traditional fireplace. A door from here also leads out to the front terrace. Situated to the rear of this room you will find the first of the guest bedrooms, this charming room is spacious and well decorated.
A further door off the entrance hall leads into the master bedroom, this large and airy room includes a good sized wardrobe space and a door from here leads into a fantastic Moroccan style bathroom. This truly original room features a bespoke cement finished bath and shower. The room also has access from the second guest bedroom and dining room.
This quirky property also includes a lower garden which is not easy to access. The views and location will not suit everyone, its peaceful and tucked away with other properties in the hamlet also. The property is unique in its unspoilt Spanish style with handmade tiles, wooden windows and doors and many features throughout. A gem in the mountains.
