A good value one-bedroom apartment in Hvar of approximately 30m² located on the ground floor with a balcony of about 4m². Internally the apartment is entered via a hallway which opens up into a small galley kitchen area with a range of wall and floor units, while all rooms leading off. There is a living room which has access to the balcony, and a bedroom next door. Both rooms have recently had a new wood laminate floor installed. The bathroom would benefit from some refurbishment but is of good size. The apartment would make a great base for a couple or single person and we believe would suit the local market as well as someone looking for a holiday destination.

This one-bedroom apartment in Hvar town is well situated in the modern part of Hvar town with several grocery stores within minutes walk of the flat. The old town and square are a comfortable ten minutes walk away, while there are several beaches also within a few minutes

Hvar has a rich cultural history and some incredible architecture as well as a vibrant social life.

Hvar town has an excellent catamaran service during the summer months. Croatia’s main ferry line Jadrolinija also runs an excellent service out of season. Stari Grad ferry port offers excellent communication to Split on the mainland. There is a good selection of ferries running daily, operated by Jadrolinija.
