Located on the outer edge of the village, this house has gated steps to a private front terrace, where one can watch the world go by and talk to passing villagers. From this terrace on, the outside space in this house is totally private.

From the front terrace, the front door leads into a wide corridor hallway (7 x 1.5m). Immediately to the left is a bright, airy dining room, (4.25 x 3.5m), the perfect place to entertain friends and family. This could equally easily be used as a spacious bedroom (the fourth bedroom) as there are plenty of other areas to use as a dining room in this house.

To the right is the living room (3 x 4.5m to the front and narrowing to 2.5 x 4.5m to the rear, as the stairs and an under stairs store, run along the rear half of this room. Further down the corridor hallway, to the right, is a door leading into the rear half of the living room (this area could be used as a dining room) and the stairs up. At the far end of the hallway is the downstairs bathroom (2 x 2m) with walk-in shower. To the left is access to the three bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is 4.5 x 3m, a double room with air conditioning, window over the street, (currently shown in the photos with two single beds). Next to it is Bedroom 2, the smallest room (3.5 x 2.5m) with a lovely balcony terrace overlooking the street. Bedroom 1 is 4.5 x 3m shown in the photos with a double bed, and window to the street. All three bedrooms have good mountain views too. And at the far end of the corridor is a comfortable, walk in shower room (2 x 1.5m) with window to the lower terrace.

Outside on this level, the lower terrace is an excellent, totally private outside space (3.5 x 8.5m) and stairs lead up at one end to the top terrace (3 x 8.5m) where the splash pool is located. Looking over the edge of the top terrace, we look down at the ground floor patio below, which also has steps up to the lower, terrace, making both terraces plus the ground floor patio accessible without going into the house.
