4 Bedroom villa for sale in Las Moraditas Adeje Tenerife.
This detached villa is positioned in Las Moraditas, set in the hills overlooking Adeje, Callao Salvaje and Playa Paraiso down to the sea and across to the island of La Gomera. These views are fantastic and the owners have designed the property in such a way that it benefits as much as possible from the stunning views.
The property is secured by large metal gates and a private drive leads to the villa itself.
Enter through the beautiful wooden front door that leads you to the magnificent downstairs reception hall. Leading from this is a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a WC, shower and double hand basins and has been decorated with an Italian style in mind. This bedroom has its own private terrace area through French doors which have fly nets fitted, as do all of the French doors in the building. The terrace for the bedroom has fantastic views over the towns below, to the coast and across to La Gomera.
Back into the hallway, there is another smaller room currently being used as an office, but could easily be used as a bedroom. Next door to this room is a visitors WC and next to this is a storage cupboard under the stairs.

The property is situated on 8500 square metres of private land and although the villa is probably 85% complete, is is perfectly habitable and the new owners can put their own mark on the property by putting their own finishing touches to it. Land in Las Moraditas Adeje is at a premium, currently there is no more building allowed to be done in this area. Also properties here regularly sell for well over €1.000.000, so at this price, despite the fact that some money will need to be spent to finish the project, it represents great value and would provide a foothold to this very exclusive area of Tenerife. Las Moraditas itself is only a 5 minute drive into Adeje town with its shops, restaurants and cafe life. Playa de Las Americas is only less than a 15 minute drive and Los Cristianos is a little further along the motorway.
