Upon entering this piece of paradise via a pathway edged with plants and tropical flowers the villa sits an oasis of tranquility and calm.

In addition to the main villa, there is a self contained detached one bedroom cottage, with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area which is located at the front of the property.

The main entrance door opens up to a stunning large open plan bright living room and kitchen, that offer a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea stretching out before you.

The living room is tastefully furnished with all the comforts, leather sofas, arm chairs, coffee table, computer desk, large wall mounted television with DVD player and home theatre sound system.

The modern style kitchen is fitted with white and blue cabinets, these colours were chosen to depict the white sand and the blue Caribbean skies, an island is set in the centre of the kitchen thus allowing for extra preparation space. The kitchen is also fitted with professional grade stainless steel appliances such as a 5 burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven & microwave oven, and other small essential appliances and utensils.

Just off the kitchen is the utility room where you will find the dishwasher, chilled water fountain and drinks fridge and ample storage.

Large sliding doors take you out to the outdoor living area, here you will find a large dining table that can seat up to 12 guests, two elegant leather sofas and an outside bar area and BBQ area perfect for entertaining. For the convenience of guests, an outside rest room is located to the side of the villa and a further additional outdoor shower.

The large deck offers a double day bed that sits to the side of your large (20 x 40ft approx) infinity edge pool and The vast first floor sun deck gives great views and is ideal for sun bathing or sundowners, luxury best. The pool furniture is carefully positioned allowing you to have the perfect view of the beach and ever changing view of the changing passing yachts as they enter or depart the Jolly Harbour.

Out of the Blue offers four elegant En-suite bedrooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning units and T/V’s throughout. The master bedroom is fitted with king size bed and walk in closet. The views from the master are breath taking. The bathroom has double vanity, bath tub and over size double shower.

Two of the guest bedrooms are similar in size and are located next to each other. One is fitted with a queen size bed, the other with twin beds and closet, the bathrooms have showers, sinks and WC.

The other guest bedroom is located next to the lounge area with a queen size bed, closet and the modern bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.

In addition to the main villa, there is a self contained detached one bedroom cottage, with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area which is located at the front of the property. This can also be used as an office/media room. This area also houses the laundry room with washer and dryer.

For the convenience of guests, an outside rest room is located and a further additional outdoor shower.
