A track, which is taken care of by all of the community of country houses situated along it, leads to the property. The gated entrance leads into a large gravel parking area with plenty of mature trees for natural shade, and a large dog kennel.

At the far end of this lovely room, to the right, a door leads into a room currently used as an occasional extra bedrooms, but which could be used as a dressing room with WC and built-in wardrobe to the far end. The room could easily and inexpensively be reconfigured to make a complete second bathroom plus dressing/wardrobe area. To the left of this room is access to bedroom 3, a generous 5 x 4m, with windows, plus skylight window in the ceiling to bring in extra light, plus a door leading to the rear patio of the house.

Outside, beyond the pergola terrace, is a rear garden, housing a 3m diametre round pool, and beyond that two useful store rooms of 4 x 1.5m, housing the washing machine, plus pump room. Beyond that is a chicken coup, with fenced area. And below on a lower level of the plot, accessed via steps, is the main outbuilding, of around 8 x 2m with wonderful uninterrupted views.

The land around the house is completely flat, and the rest of the plot slopes gently down the hill, with little terraces planted with cherry trees, apple and almond trees. At the bottom of the plot is a very productive vineyard consisting of 200 vines and producing wonderful grapes!

This lovely house is located within easy access of nature and many country walks, and is 10-15 minutes’ drive from the country town of Colmenar (6 kms), 30 minutes from Antequera, and 30 minutes from Malaga city.
