The house is situated on the Rose’s Estate on the edge of Falmouth village with views over Falmouth Harbour and only a few minutes drive from local shops and restaurants, English Harbour, Nelson’s Dockyard and some of the island’s best beaches.
The house stands on about one fifth of an acre and is set back from the road which only serves the Rose’s Estate.
The accommodation comprises a main living room which can also be used for casual dining. There is a more formal dining area on the veranda together with an outside seating area.
