Spanish property experts Taylor Wimpey Espana are offering VAT of 4% until the end of 2012 on all of their properties, meaning that visitors to the next A Place in the Sun Live can make incredible savings on Spanish property.
As well as fully furnished property in the Costa del Sol for just €185,000 and property in the Costa Blanca from just €166,000 fully furnished, the company is marketing a new development in Mallorca – the Cala Magrana III.
