Mark Wahlberg has put his 1.41 acre Beverly Hills Mansion on sale for $13,995,000.

The actor and his wife Rhea Durham previously tried to sell the property in California in 2008 at an asking price of $15.9 million, but took the house off the market because of the arrival of the their fourth child. It was originally purchased in 2001 for $5 million.

The home which was built in 1985 has had substantial refurbishment works and now includes plenty of breathtaking A-list features including a master ensuite with two baths, four additional bedrooms, high ceilings throughout, a chef's kitchen, a cinema room and luxury fitted dining and living rooms. The property also comes with a 2-bed, 2-bath guest house.

And if you're a fan of keeping fit then the home will also not disappoint. It comes with a separate detached outbuilding which contains a 2,500-sq ft, 2-story gym with full size boxing ring which Wahlberg used to train for his role in the Oscar winning film 'The Fighter'. There is also a sports court, putting green, outdoor pool with waterfall, grotto and cabanas, and those all important breathtaking canyon views.

The family is selling because they are due to relocate to a 33,000-square-foot house in a gated community which is currently in the final stages of construction.
