New homes in Turkey released for sale

Turkey property agency, Oceanwide Properties, has announced the launch of nine new homes in Turkey for sale.

The properties, located in the popular holiday resort of Fethiye on the Mediterranean coast in Turkey, are currently being sold off-plan at a discount of up to £10,000 for early bird purchasers.

“We are the sole selling agents of these homes, four of which have already just gone under offer”, says Suleyman Akbay, managing director of Oceanwide Properties. “Currently selling off plan with completion estimated at the end of August 2011, the homes offer excellent value for money as currently they are being marketed with up to £10,000 discount.”

The Turkey property market is growing increasing popular with Brits seeking to buy a home overseas, thanks to affordable property prices, good property investment prospects and a fast growing economy.

Fethiye is proving particularly popular with Brits, due to the Mediterranean weather that the region enjoys, good health service, while most locals speak English.

“Fethiye is a region much loved by the British either as a retirement destination or as a holiday home with an intention of letting as an added bonus”, says Suleyman. “With the opening of the new ski resort at Seki village, about one hour drive inland, this opens up potential for buyers to having a longer letting period as the mountain slopes appeal to skiers in the Winter months.
