Luxury apartments in Dubai over 60 per cent complete

Dubai property developer Emirates Sunland Group has announced that its landmark £1billion D1 residential tower in the heart of the Culture Village in Dubai is now over 60 per cent complete.

Once finished, the 80-storey Dubai property project will feature 529 luxury apartments. Although sales in the once booming Dubai property sector have slowed in the past two years, there are growing signs that the market is starting to improve, particularly at the luxury end.

D1 is a collection of elegantly designed studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury multi-zoned air conditioned apartments, with 24-hour concierge. Residents also have exclusive access to the residents' lounge on level 41 and a private cinema, swimming pool and gym facilities.
Soheil Abedian, managing director of Emirates Sunland Group, says: “D1 is really beginning to take shape and is set to become a new landmark for the city changing the skyline as we know it. D1 is unique. Its location provides uninterrupted views over the Dubai Creek, Culture Village, and towards the Ras Al Khor Dubai. Once complete, residents will be privy to some of the most luxurious lifestyles currently offered in the United Arab Emirates, with amazing views.”

Emirates Sunland Group is also working on a second project in Dubai, the Palazzo Versace, which is under construction on the edge of the Dubai Creek and is now over 80 per cent complete.
