Surrounded by citrus farms and set on the outskirts of San Miguel de Salinas, which is a typical Spanish village in the province of Alicante and less than 5 minutes by car. The town has all the facilities needed, such as banks, supermarkets, a medical centre, a weekly street market on Wednesdays and many other shops.
This development offers easy travel from the major airports of Alicante and Murcia International (both within 45 minutes) and good access to the AP7 motorway. The immediate and surrounding areas have a large community of international property owners, many of whom live here full time. The urbanisation of Villamartin has a vibrant plaza which is open all year round and offers a large selection of bars and restaurants. The plaza hosts live music throughout the summer months and is just 5 minutes down the road.
