David and Kim France from Preston have been married for 25 years. One of their grown up children have recently flown the nest and with their son keen to get his diving qualifications and their two old English sheep dogs dreaming of long walks on the beach and the shade of the mango trees, the couple feel that now is the time for a radical change of pace.

While they have been looking for property all over the world, they fell in love with Barbados on holiday and realised after only a few hours of landing on the island that it was somewhere they would be more than happy to call home. They’ve returned to Barbados two or three times a year for the last five years but feel the time is finally right to make their dream a reality. They have a budget of £400,000.
