Kathy Hector, a fitness instructor from Leicester, knows the island of Antigua more than most.
14 years ago she lived here for over six years after falling in love with the island when working as part of a yacht crew.
The first of her children was born on the island and spent the first four years of his life there and now Kathy, who has always felt she had roots in Antigua, is keen that he understands his heritage.
She is looking for a holiday home with great rental potential which she can let out for around ten months every year but which will allow her to get reacquainted with the island and the laid back pace of Antiguan living.
