Chris and Lynn Simmerson from Sheffield are hunting for a slice of paradise in the Costa Blanca region of Spain, spurred on by the fact that Chris recently suffered a heart attack and a redundancy.

With a new 'why not?' mentality (and with their grown up children having flown the nest), the couple plan to rent their home in Sheffield and use £80,000 from their savings to find their dream home. But will they be willing to compromise?
