Successful business partners and married couple Julian and Paula Carter are in the fortunate position of being able to afford two new homes. With a budget of £650,000 they are planning to move their family across the pond to start a new life in Florida.

Home properties - Poole 

The high property prices in Poole, which are above average for the UK, are reflective of the area's popularity. Indeed, the area of Sandbanks, called the St Tropez of the south coast, is said to be the fourth most expensive place to live in the world. In terms of square footage, houses here are priced way above that of similar property in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Belgravia. The area's increased wealth has meant regeneration throughout Poole particularly around the quay side where properties and amenities are springing up.

	The final property that is viewed is priced at £350,000 available through Taylor Wimpey and Goadsby.

Away properties - Florida

The region of Florida the couple have chosen to search for properties in is a shrewd move on their part. Not only does Sarasota have year round sunshine and long stretches of golden beaches, but it is a business person's dream destination. It has previously been voted the second best market in which to grow a small business, number eight in a list of business 'boom towns' and is also one of the top ten places to retire young. There are also outstanding schools in the area and an outdoor lifestyle that the whole family is craving, but will Jasmine be able to find the discerning couple their ideal home?

	For their second property the couple are shown a detached house which is on the market for £825,000. However Jasmine believes significant negotiations can be done to bring it under budget. It is available through Michael Saunders and Company
Property 3
	The final property is an £860,000 property which again can be negotiated on. It is being sold by Sotheby's.
