World’s thinnest house unveiled

The world’s thinnest house, which measures four feet at its widest point and 28.3 inches at its narrowest, opened its doors this weekend, although it’s unlikely that there will be enough space for a housewarming party.

Poland trounces Germany?

While Germany is considered the most powerful economy in Europe, it seems that the European Commission is forecasting a higher amount of economic growth for Poland in 2012 – a rise of 2.5% compared with Germany’s 0.6%.

Eastern European property proved popular in 2011, with investment activity in the core Eastern Europe property markets of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania doubling compared with the same time period in 2010.
